CRUSHIOUS Minerva Menstrual Cup Set, S and L, with Case The Minerva Minerva menstrual cup is the ideal solution for a healthy, economical, practical and environmentally friendly approach to menstruation. Key Benefits: Three sizes: 6.3 x 4.3 cm and 6.9 x 4.7 cm to best fit your body. Discreet and comfortable: the cup sits inside the body, and the rounded end ensures comfort even during active sports. Safe Material: Made from medical-grade silicone, one-piece construction with no seams for minimal discomfort. Long lifespan: lasts 5-10 years, use up to 12 hours without removing. Eco-friendly and economical: odorless, stain-free, replaces disposable products. Recommendations for use: Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiled water for 5 minutes. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after use. To facilitate insertion, you can use water or a water-based lubricant. Make sure the cup is inserted correctly and carefully check the vacuum. Use up to 12 hours straight. To remove it, it is convenient to sit on the toilet, pull the tip, slightly squeezing the base, and pour out the contents. Rinse the cup with water or a napkin and insert it back. Do not use the cup with an intrauterine device - the vacuum can dislodge the device and reduce the effectiveness of contraception. Care: After the cycle, wash the cup with mild soap and warm water. For better hygiene, use a toy cleaner. Sterilize for 10 minutes, leave to dry and store in a cotton bag.
